I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2007. I started with the team at Vandalia Massage Therapy in 2008 and continued on as part of the team at Miami Valley Massage Therapy since it began.
My goal as a massage therapist is to help people regain mobility, alleviate pain, lower anxiety and stress, and help them live a healthier life. I am committed to grow and learn new techniques so I can utilize the right technique for each person I see at my office. I have been trained in Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Hot Stone Massage, Ortho-Massage, deep tissue massage, Medicupping, and CranioSacral Therapy.
