Confidentiality

Massage therapists at Miami Valley Massage Therapy will always protects the confidentiality of all client information unless disclosure is requested by the client in writing, is medically necessary, required by law or is essential to protect the public.
Commitment and Individual Worth

Massage therapists at Miami Valley Massage Therapy will demonstrate their commitment to providing the highest quality massage therapy to all seeking their services. They will acknowledge the individual worth of each client by not behaving in any prejudicial or discriminating manner.
Refusals

Massage therapists at Miami Valley Massage Therapy reserve the right to refuse and/or stop treatment for just and reasonable cause at any time with full payment for the session expected.
Cancellations/No shows

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment. If a 24-hour notice is not given it is at the discretion of the therapists at Miami Valley Massage Therapy to charge up to the full price of the session you missed. If any special offers, gift certificates, coupons or other discounts were being applied to the session they may be voided. Repeated abuse of this policy can result in an individual being blocked from scheduling appointments online and or being required to pay for your session when scheduling.
Lateness

In the event that a client is late for an appointment, Miami Valley Massage Therapy cannot guarantee they will receive the full time scheduled however full payment will be expected.

In the event a therapist is late for an appointment, every effort will be made to allow for the entire time scheduled. However, if that is not possible the client will be given the option of rescheduling their appointment, at no extra charge or to complete a session of lesser time at that sessions rate.
Refunds and exchanges

Refunds may be received on gift certificates only by the original purchaser within 3 months of the issue date. No refunds will be given to recipients of gift certificates.

A gift certificate may be passed on to another individual to use by the original recipient or the original purchaser. The gift certificate will be honored from the holder of the certificate at the time of redemption.

All gift certificates, discounts or special offers purchased or given from Miami Valley Massage Therapy will be honored in accordance with Ohio Revised Code 1349.61.
